About this notice

Uriel Alexander Art Studio, based in the Bronx, New York, operates this portfolio website. This notice covers browsing the website, the inquiry form and correspondence with the studio. For privacy questions or requests, email urielalexanderstudio@gmail.com.

Studio inquiries

The contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry topic and message. The studio uses these details to respond, discuss the work or project you describe and keep the related correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Cloudflare processes new form submissions and stores them in a private studio database. Email notification failures are recorded for retry; the stored inquiry remains available to the studio. Earlier inquiries may remain in Netlify under the studio's retention procedure. Notifications and correspondence are handled through Google Gmail. Inquiry information is held in Cloudflare and the studio email account. Cloudflare database recovery history can retain earlier copies for up to seven days on the current plan. Website-version rollback does not itself restore or delete inquiry records. The form has no file-upload or payment fields. Please keep card details, passwords, identity documents and sensitive personal information out of your message.

The studio does not send your inquiry content or email address to Pinterest through this website's integration.

Hosting and website analytics

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information, which can include IP addresses, requested pages, referring pages, browser or device details and request times. This supports website delivery, security and operational traffic reports. Inquiry requests use an approximate, short-lived rate limit based on a hash of the connecting IP address. The studio's form handler does not write inquiry contents to application logs. No additional visitor analytics script is added by this hosting change. New website inquiries are stored and processed within Cloudflare.

These hosting and analytics requests are separate from optional Pinterest measurement. Choosing Decline below keeps the Pinterest tag off; it does not stop the technical requests needed to serve and protect the website or process your inquiry.

Optional Pinterest measurement

If you choose to allow it, the Pinterest tag helps measure visits to the studio's public portfolio pages. Pinterest may receive information such as the page address, referring page, browser and device information, IP address and cookie identifiers. This information is shared with Pinterest for measurement and personalized advertising.

The tag stays off until you allow it. It is not loaded on Contact, the inquiry confirmation or this Privacy page, or when the page address contains a query string or fragment. The studio's integration does not pass contact-form fields or email identifiers to Pinterest.

Your choice is stored locally in this browser until you change it or clear the browser's stored data. You can change it below at any time. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep Pinterest measurement off. Turning measurement off stops future collection through this integration; it does not erase information already sent to Pinterest or remove cookies set by Pinterest. Use Pinterest's settings or your browser's cookie controls for those additional choices.

Service providers and external links

Cloudflare and Google process new inquiries to provide hosting, security, private inquiry storage, notifications and email services. Earlier inquiries and notification copies may remain in Netlify and email accounts until they are no longer needed. Depending on the service, information may be processed in the United States or other countries. Their handling of data, including their own retention practices, is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy, Netlify's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest links take you to separate services with their own privacy policies. The studio uses ordinary links to those profiles rather than embedded social feeds.

Keeping inquiry records

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond, carry out related work or address a continuing business or legal need. An inquiry that becomes a commission or sale may require additional records. This website does not currently accept payments or provide customer accounts.

You can ask the studio to delete correspondence that is no longer needed. Deletion from a studio account may not immediately remove copies retained by a service provider under its own policies or legal obligations.

Your questions and requests

To ask about, access, correct or request deletion of the information you have provided, email urielalexanderstudio@gmail.com. If possible, write from the address used for your inquiry and identify the relevant conversation. Please do not send identity documents or other sensitive information with the request.

The studio may need to verify that a request relates to your information. It will explain any records that need to be retained for an ongoing project or legal obligation. Rights and any applicable response deadlines depend on your circumstances and applicable law. Information about another person will not be disclosed in response to your request.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the website's data practices change. The date below identifies the current version.
